Official Rules
TO ENTER AND PLAY: Rapid Reels Jackpots start at $100 and are guaranteed to hit by $500. Contestants must have their Premier Club card properly inserted into any slot machine card reader inside the Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge casino when a winner is being selected to be eligible. No purchase is necessary to obtain a Premier Club card and no play is required to win. Contestants must be a Premier Club member and 21 years of age or older. Contestants can only enter their personal Premier Club card for registration. Premier cards entered by persons other than the cardholder will be disqualified from the contest. If a contestant is disqualified, they may reenter by using their personal card.
ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to all Premier Club members 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge, Penn National Gaming, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies and are not eligible to participate.
PRIZES: Rapid Reels Jackpots start at $100 and are guaranteed to hit by $500. Once a winner is selected, the Jackpot will start over again at $100 within 24 hours. The amount of the jackpot will increase until a winner is selected. Due to the randomness of this promotion, the actual prize amount may exceed the advertised maximum amount. In the event the actual amount of the prize exceeds the advertised amount, the amount of the jackpot at the time of winning will be paid.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants.
DRAWING, WINNER NOTIFICATION, AND ACCEPTANCE: One name will be chosen randomly for each drawing from the casino system. Contestants must have their card properly inserted into any slot machine card reader in order to be eligible. The card reader display/iView on the slot machine will notify the players that a winner is being selected. The Grand Prize winner will receive a winning notification on their card reader display/iView. The Grand Prize winner must be at their slot machine in order to claim their prize or they may forfeit his/her prize money. A Hollywood representative will go to the winning machine to verify the winner and award his/her prize. Winner’s name will not be given via telephone, fax, e-mail, or any other fashion. Winners must have a valid picture I.D. and are responsible for all taxes, if applicable. In the event a Grand Prize Winner is disqualified a new Grand Prize Winner will be selected using a Random Card-In Sweepstakes from the gaming system. Prizes will be paid with Hollywood Star Credits. The Grand Prize may be paid in partial at the time of winning and will be fully awarded by the close of the following business day. Star Credits will be valid 30-days from the date and time of winning.
PARTICIPATION: Participation in the contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to be bound by these Official Rules. Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest. Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend contest at any time.
GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the contest, contestants allow Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge and other promotional sponsors, agents and its advertising and promotion agencies the use of his or her name, photo, and statements for further promotional use. This contest is subject to these Official Rules, which shall be prominently displayed at the Premier Club on the ramp. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Contest, or the Contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Entrants agree that Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge or its affiliates shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in Contest, acceptance/possession or use/misuse of prize, or any technical malfunctions of the computer network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or for multiple entries entered in violation of these rules or by other than human means, or for entries that are late, lost, destroyed, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
