Q. What are Action Credits?
A. Action Credits are free SLOTPLAY® credits you earn while playing slots with your Premier Club card.

Q. How do I earn free SLOTPLAY®?
A. Simply use your Premier Club card when you play your favorite slots. For every $2.50 wagered on slots or $5.00 on video poker you will earn 1 Action Credit. Each Action Credit is worth $.01 in free SLOTPLAY®.

Q. Does my free SLOTPLAY® expire?
A. Yes. Action Credits are good for 120 days from the date they are earned.

Q. When will my Action Credits be available to download?
A. Action Credits are available the following day from the day they are earned.

Q. How do I know how many Action Credits I have?
A. You can check your available Action Credits on the iView/card reader display, at any kiosk, or at www.hollywoodbr.com. Action Credits that are earned but are not available will not be displayed on the iView, however any Action Credits earned that will be available the next day may be checked at any kiosk.

Q. How many Action Credits can I use?
A. You may download a minimum of $5 in Action Credits and up to $1,000 per day!

Rules and Regulations

• Action Credits are available to Premier Club members only. Premier Club membership is free and available to all persons at least 21 years of age with valid photo identification.
• Action Credits are based on slot play while using your Premier Club card.
• Premier Club members using their Premier Club Card earn one (1) Action Credit for every $2.50 wagered on slots or $5.00 wagered on video poker.
• Action Credits are not awarded for table games play.
• One (1) Action Credit equals 1¢ in free SLOTPLAY®.
• $5 minimum required to download.
• Maximum of $1,000 per day may be downloaded.
• Action Credits are valid for slot play only and are not redeemable for cash, comps or merchandise.
• Action Credits are non-cashable slot credits and must be played. Any winnings as a result of playing may be cashed-out.
• Action Credits that have been downloaded to a slot machine must be played on that machine.
• Action Credits will be available for play on the gaming day following the day earned.
• Unused Action Credits will automatically expire 120 from the date they are earned.
• Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge is not responsible for untracked play due to improper card insertion or player neglect.
• Premier Club benefits and awards are non-transferable and are to be used only by the individual to whom the card is issued. Misuse of the card may result in immediate revocation and loss of any Premier Club privileges and benefits.
• Premier Club members are responsible for selecting a confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN) and keeping it secure. Members are responsible for all PIN authorized transactions on his/her account.
