A.   The Rising Reels Jackpot starts at $10,000 and is guaranteed to hit by $25,000. These jackpots can hit on any slot machine of any denomination at any time.

Q.   Do I need a Premier Club card to win?
A.  YES, your Hollywood Casino Premier Club card must be properly inserted into the card reader of any slot machine to win.

Q.  Do I need a winning combination on the slot machine to win?
A.  NO, the jackpot is randomly generated and is not dependent on the outcome of the game you are playing.

Q.  How do I know which slot machines are eligible for the Rising Reels Jackpot?
A:  All slot and video poker machines on the casino floor are eligible.

Q.  How will I know the current jackpot amount at any time?
A.  The amount of the jackpot will be displayed on the iView screens at each slot machine and may be displayed at various televisions on the casino floors and in the pavilion.   

Q. How will I know if I win a Rising Reels Jackpot?
A.  The card reader display/iView on the slot machine will notify you that a winner is being selected. The winner will be notified on the card reader/iView screen on the slot machine currently being played.

Q.  What should I do if I am notified on my card reader/iView screen that I am a winner?
A.  Stay at your slot machine, a Hollywood representative will come to you, verify that you are a winner and award your prize.

Q.  How will I be paid if I win a Rising Reels Jackpot?
A.  The jackpots are paid with Hollywood Star Credits.

Q.  Do I win anything if I have my card inserted when a winner is selected?
A.  YES, you will receive $10 in Hollywood Star Credits for having your card properly inserted when a winner is selected. Your Star Credits will automatically be added to your account. You will have 7 days to redeem your prize.
